Jon YN Chan has studied extensively in the field of Exercise & Sports Science, graduating with a BSc (Exercise & Sports Science) from Australia and a Diploma of Sports & Wellness. He believes that fitness is a life long journey and the result of joyful devotion to living a healthy lifestyle that integrates a person's, body, mind and soul.

His passion is highly evident in his teaching, mentoring and coaching various forms of body conditioning ie. exercise rehab, pilates, fitness, sports conditioning and sports massage. He has personally experienced the benefits of strength and body awareness and is dedicated to improving the bodies and lives of others. He is excited to work with people of all ages and fitness levels.
Experience
Throughout his career in the health and fitness industry, Jon YN Chan has had experience working with special populations, elite athletes, de-conditioned individuals, the physically challenged, children, pre and post natal women, and other allied health professionals in aspects of sports medicine and rehabilitation.

In the area of sports medicine and exercise rehabilitation, Jon YN Chan was honored to be supervised and mentored under many Australian groomed physiotherapists with postgraduate specialty in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, many of whom have extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.

In the area of academic research, Jon YN Chan has also assisted researchers of exercise and sports science from Edith Cowan University, Auckland University of Technology and Singapore Sports Council to investigates the effects of physiological responses in the tropics within aspects of exercise induced muscle damage, cardio respiratory fatigue and pace makers’ response, to an ultra endurance event in the tropics.
Location
Jon will currently travel to clients in the west, central, northwest and northeast. He also works out of various clinics.
