Having sustained an injury that prevented further dancing and spent much time in gyms herself, she retrained as a fitness professional and personal trainer, with a special interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention. Catherine is also a keen runner and has completed the London and Singapore SCM marathons' as well as competing regularly in the SAFRA and SCMS half marathons' in Singapore. She is able to help you achieve your running goals whether you are a complete beginner, returning from injury, currently hampered by continuous or new niggles and pain whilst running, or simply wishing to better a current personal best time/complete a new distance, e.g. marathon. Experience During her ten years in the health and fitness industry Catherine has worked with clients as diverse as Olympic athletes, pre and post natal women, extremely de-conditioned individuals, children, those recovering from surgery or injury and on many sports specific programs. She has also enjoyed training with and learned much from 'Ian Dowe', who holds titles in Mr Universe, the World Games and Mr Great Britain and who also trained his partner 'Andrulla Blanchette', to become the first British 'Miss Olympia' 2000, at their gym in North London. Catherine has worked alongside a chartered physiotherapist in a private clinic, continuing patients physical rehabilitation training. Location Catherine works around the Novena, Newton, Orchard area.
